I believe international volunteering with IC can help me gain experience, learn more about the world and meet new interesting people, become more resilient and flexible. I took a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures of East and West (Eastern Curriculum). I have attended an annual Master in Arabic Translation. This advanced experience enriched me both professionally and personally in that I was able to study new topics, work with CAT tools, moved to a new city, worked and interacted with unfamiliar people. I translated texts from English into Italian for UNRIC, the Brussels based United Nations Regional Information Centre. So I have the willingness to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
